Abstract
Konseli memiliki perkembangan yang multidimensional. Untuk dapat memahami konseli secara menyeluruh, maka calon konselor perlu dipersiapkan agar memiliki kepekaan budaya. Sehubungan dengan kompleksnya upaya memahami konseli tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan sensitivitas budaya calon konselor melalui photovoice diri. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian tindakan yang mana dilakukan dengan dalam setting kelompok dengan teknik photovoice kemudian calon konselor akan melaporkan hasil perubahan dalam dirinya di akhir sesi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dapat memiliki pemahaman mengenai aspek-aspek yang ada dalam dirinya pribadi sebagai calon konselor, dan aspek dalam diri oranglain sebagai konseli. Implikasi dari hasil ini yaitu agar sensitivitas budaya calon konselor dapat dikembangkan dengan memperhatikan aspek sosial-kultural khususnya dalam konteks konseling di Indonesia yang majemuk
