Abstract


Pemberdayaan psikologis sumber daya manusia sangat penting agar dalam kinerja suatu organisasi berjalan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan pemberdayaan psikologis pada guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang bekerja di salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan swasta yang berjumlah 55 orang. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan skala kepemimpinan transformasional dan skala pemberdayaan psikologis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan pemberdayaan psikologis.
