Exploring The Potential of Laser Technology to Enhance The Performance of Renewable Energy Power Generation

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pemanfaatan teknologi laser dalam meningkatkan kinerja sistem pembangkit listrik dari energi terbarukan, dengan fokus pada energi surya, energi angin, energi air, dan energi biomassa. Pendekatan literatur dan analisis komprehensif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan sintesis. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa teknologi laser dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pemanfaatan energi terbarukan. Pada sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga surya, teknologi laser digunakan untuk meningkatkan penyerapan radiasi matahari dalam aplikasi solar thermophotovoltaics dan desain panel surya yang fleksibel. Pada sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga angin, teknologi laser digunakan dalam pengukuran laju aliran angin jarak jauh menggunakan LiDAR, validasi beban turbin angin, dan meningkatkan kontrol turbin angin. Pada sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga air, teknologi laser digunakan dalam melindungi dan memantau bilah turbin air untuk mencegah erosi dan kerusakan. Pada sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga biomassa, teknologi laser digunakan untuk mendeteksi unsur kimia dalam proses konversi energi dan menganalisis sifat-sifat biomassa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi laser dalam pembangkit listrik dari energi terbarukan memberikan potensi yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja, serta berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan.
