This study aims to determine the effect of Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) on career anxiety levels of students at Mardhika Vocational School. The method used is quantitative correlational with technique simple linear regression. Sample study as many as 110 students selected class XI in a way random. Research results show that there is influence significant between BDD and anxiety Career. The higher the level of BDD, the higher the career anxiety experienced by students. New findings from this study reveal that social media factors, social pressure, and family expectations can exacerbate the impact of BDD on students' career readiness. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of Guidance and Counseling (BK) services in addressing students' body image issues and career anxiety holistically and preventatively.
