Hubungan Religiusitas Dan Resiliensi Dalam Mempengaruhi Kesehatan Mental Masyarakat Terhadap Pandemic Covid 19

Abstract
Covid-19 oleh WHO dinyatakan sebagai Pandemi dan menyebabkan perubahan dalam tatanan kehidupan manusia. Penyebaran Covid-19 telah memberikan berbagai efek negatif terhadap kesehatan mental. Salah satu faktor protektif penurunan kesehatan mental adalah resiliensi. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model teoritik dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi dapat dipengaruhi oleh religiusitas, dukungan sosial dan spiritualitas. Religiusitas, dukungan sosial dan spiritualitas dapat menjadi pendukung peningkatan resiliensi, di mana resiliensi dapat menjadi faktor protektif penurunan kesehatan mental di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil temuan yang diperoleh, 83,3% responden menyatakan bahwa Kesehatan mental yang berkaitan dengan resiliensi berpengaruh terhadap religiusitas sesorang dan sisanya menyatakan “mungkin”. Temuan lainnya, 95,2% responden menyatakan bahwa bukan hanya religiusitas tetapi dampak sosial di masa pandemi akibat kurangnya pengetahuan spiritual dan kesehatan mental dan 4,8% menyatakan “tidak”. Lalu, sebanyak 73,8% responden menyatakan adanya pandemi berakibat pada kegiatan religius yang dibatasi dengan sistem daring (online) dilakukan jarak jauh menjadi salah satu faktor terjadinya gangguan pada Kesehatan mental dan 26,2% menyatakan “tidak”. Kemudian, 95,2% responden menyatakan menerima dengan syukur semua situasi supaya Kesehatan mental terjaga di masa pandemi. Maka dari itu, hubungan religiusitas dan Resiliensi bagi Kesehatan mental di masa pandemi ini sangatlah penting, supaya perubahan ini menguatkan spiritual dan hubungan sosial antar sesama terus terjaga.
