TINJAUAN RELIGIUSITAS TERHADAP PENDEKATAN SPIRITUAL MOTHERHOOD BAGI KAUM PEREMPUAN

Abstract


Religiusitas dan spiritualitas merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis dan tingkat Kesehatan semua orang khususnya bagi kaum perempuan. Spiritualitas dan religiusitas dapat menjadi sumber harapan, makna, kedamaian, kenyamanan, dan pemaafan yang kuat bagi diri sendiri dan individu lain. Religiusitas dan spiritualitas memiliki pada manfaat yang lebih integral. Contohnya dalam beribadah kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa. Sembayang secara pribadi sholat atau beribadah. Karena ibadah menunjukkan kepatuhan perintah Tuhan dan itu merupakan nilai religiusnya. Namun, di sisi lain ibadah merupakan sebuah terapi spiritual, dalam ini disebutkan sebagai spiritual motherhood yang dapat membimbing, mengarahkan, mengasuh kaum perempuan karena spiritual motherhood melatih fokus dan menimbulkan ketenangan jiwa. Individu dengan spiritualitas dan religiusitas yang baik dapat menghadapi tekanan dan permasalahan yang dialami karena dengan spiritualitas yang dimiliki tersebut, individu akan mengaitkan pengalaman hidupnya dengan transenden. dan dengan meningkatkan keimanan juga dapat mengurangi kecemasan dan membuat perasaan menjadi rileks. Hasil survei di DKI jakarta bagi kaum perempuan yang pekerjaannya sebagai rumah tangga, karyawan swasta atau pelayan di tempat ibadah di temukan 80% dari + 100 orang memiliki masalah tentang keluarga, sesama dan pribadi dan membutuhkan pengasuhan dan pembimbingan secara spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskripsi yang akan menggambarkan permasalahan dan kebutuhan apa yang dibutuhkan melalui wawancara terbuka dengan kaum perempuan, guna mendapat informasi selengkapnya. Dengan kata lain, Pendekatan spiritual motherhood memberikan solusi dan jalan keluar yang baik dalam kaitan dengan religiusitas dan spiritual pribadi dengan Tuhan. Praktik keyakinan beragama dapat membuat individu menjadi resilien. Resiliensi (Kesehatan mental dan spiritual) menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk dimiliki oleh setiap individu.
