Abstract


Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana Twitter memengaruhi kesehatan mental Generasi Z. Dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini menganalisis 15 artikel dari jurnal nasional dan internasional. Hasilnya, Twitter memberikan dampak yang beragam, baik positif maupun negatif. Dampak negatif meliputi meningkatnya stres, kecemasan, dan depresi akibat paparan konten seperti berita buruk, ujaran kebencian, dan cyberbullying. Selain itu, perbandingan sosial yang sering terjadi di platform ini dapat menurunkan rasa percaya diri pengguna. Namun, Twitter juga memiliki sisi positif, seperti membantu membangun komunitas daring yang mendukung melalui hashtag, meningkatkan kesadaran publik tentang kesehatan mental melalui kampanye seperti #MentalHealthAwareness, serta mempermudah akses ke layanan kesehatan mental. Oleh karena itu, edukasi tentang penggunaan media sosial yang bijak sangat penting untuk mengurangi risiko dan memanfaatkan manfaatnya secara maksimal. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang bermanfaat bagi individu, keluarga, dan pengambil kebijakan untuk menciptakan strategi mendukung kesejahteraan mental Generasi Z secara menyeluruh
