Abstract


Kognitif perilaku terapi berbasis musik (CBT-musik) biasanya memiliki pandangan khusus dari kecemasan akademik yang dialami oleh siswa. Pendekatan ini melihat bahwa masalah adalah distorsi kognitif yang disebabkan oleh keyakinan inti maladaptif. Oleh karena itu, siswa yang mengalami perlu untuk mendapatkan bantuan sehingga keyakinan inti mereka dapat lebih adaptif lagi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terbaru, integrasi CBT konseling dengan teknik modern terapi musik telah terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi kecemasan akademik dan meningkatkan efektivitas diri siswa. Oleh karena itu, melalui kajian konseptual ini diharapkan para konselor di Indonesia akan dapat memahami, mempraktekkan, dan melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai intervensi konseling CBT yang terintegrasi dengan terapi musik.
