Faktor – Faktor yang Memengaruhi Self-Esteem Remaja: Literature Review

Abstract


Berdasarkan pada fenomena remaja pada saat ini, peneliti mendapatkan bahwa sebagian besar remaja di  sekolah memiliki harga diri yang rendah dan tidak sedikit pula hal ini berdampak pada hasil belajar dan sosial mereka. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat memengaruhi harga diri remaja di sekolah. Peneliti menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan cara menyusun, melakukan analisis, serta menyajikan sebelas artikel. Hasil dari tigabelas artikel yang telah dikaji, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat sebanyak tujuhbelas faktor yang dapat memengaruhi tingkat harga diri siswa. Faktor tersebut diantaranya adalah hubungan sosial, bakat, psychological well-being, positive emotion, penggunaan media sosial, kepuasan dalam menjalani hidup, presentasi diri, perasaan malu, hubungan dalam pertemanan, masa kanak-kanak, tekanan psikologis, dukungan sosial, partisipasi dalam olahraga, hubungan interpersonal, manajemen emosi negative, control terhadap peristiwa yang dialammi, dan perasaan kesepian.
