Rasch Stacking Analysis : Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy (CDMSE) Peserta Didik Berdasarkan Jenis Kelamin

Abstract


Pengambilan keputusan karir bukan hal yang mudah bagi peserta didik. salah satu yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan karir adalah CDMSE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat CDMSE dan menguji perbedaan CDMSE antara peserta didik laki-laki dan perempuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMAN 24 bandung. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas XII MIPA yang berjumlah 53 orang terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 42 perempuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif komparatif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala career decision making self-efficacy. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif,  uji Mann Whitney dikombinasikan dengan analisis rasch stacking. Uji Mann Whitney menggunakan bantuan aplikasi JASP dan untuk analisis rasch stacking menggunakan bantuan aplikasi winstep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat CDMSE peserta didik laki-laki lebih tinggi dibandingkan perempuan dan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara CDMSE peserta didik laki-laki dan perempuan. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk penyusunan program bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengembangkan CDMSE peserta didik.
