Dukungan Sosial, Resiliensi, dan Kepuasan Pernikahan Studi Cross-Sectional pada Pasangan yang memutuskan untuk Childfree di Indonesia

Abstract


Di Indonesia, pasangan yang menikah dan memutuskan untuk tidak memiliki anak (childfree) bukanlah hal yang mudah karena keputusan tersebut sering menimbulkan berbagai persoalan dan stigma sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dan resiliensi terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada pasangan yang memutuskan untuk hidup tanpa anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebanyak 1.201 pasangan yang memutuskan untuk hidup tanpa anak dijadikan partisipan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (α = 0,757), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) (α = 0,873), dan ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Scale (α = 0,873). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan resiliensi terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada pasangan yang memutuskan untuk hidup tanpa anak (F = 7.863,76; sig. = 0,000). Secara khusus, dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pernikahan (t = 9,634; sig. = 0,000). Demikian pula, resiliensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pernikahan (t = 36,749; sig. = 0,000). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam memilih untuk hidup tanpa anak, pasangan perlu memiliki keseimbangan antara dukungan sosial yang memadai dan kemampuan resiliensi yang baik agar tetap dapat merasakan kepuasan dalam pernikahan yang dijalani.
