Adaptasi Mental Health Continuum – Short Form Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract


Kesehatan mental merupakan suatu hal yang ingin dicapai dalam kehidupan. Alat ukur yang dapat mengukur kesehatan mental secara komprehensif dengan menggunakan pendekatan hedonic dan euidaimonic adalah Mental Health Continuum – Short Form (MHC-SF). Namun, belum ada penelitian yang melaporkan hasil proses adaptasi sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Artikel ini melaporkan proses dan hasil adaptasi MHC-SF ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia untuk bisa digunakan pada populasi dewasa awal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik convinience sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring. Alat ukur yang terdiri dari 14 item diberikan kepada 411 orang dewasa awal berusia 18 hingga 40 tahun. Hasil CFA menunjukkan kecocokan yang memadai untuk three factor model. Koefisien reliabilitas semuanya lebih tinggi dari 0.70. Kesimpulannya adalah MHC-SF menunjukkan bukti reliabilitas dan validitas pada dewasa awal di Indonesia.
