Mindfulness dan Workplace Well-being Untuk Mengurangi Burnout pada Perawat

Abstract


Perawat adalah profesi yang berperan penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Maka burnout merupakan permasalahan yang paling sering dialami oleh perawat. Mindfulness dan workplace well-being sebagai variabel positif diduga mampu mengurangi burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mindfulness dan workplace well-being terhadap burnout perawat Rumah Sakit X di Purwokerto. Partisipan berjumlah 91 perawat Rumah Sakit X di Purwokerto. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu skala mindfulness, skala workplace well-being dan skala burnout.  Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengujian outer model dan inner model dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada mindfulness terhadap burnout yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t-statistics 3,450 > 1,96 dan p-values sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Adapun pengaruh workplace well-being terhadap burnout yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t-statistics 3,000 > 1,96 dan P-values sebesar 0,003 < 0,05. Nilai tersebut membuktikan bahwa kedua mindfulness dan workplace well-being berpengaruh terhadap variabel burnout.
