Abstract


This research aims to analyze the legal implications of using blockchain technology in sharia financial transactions. With the development of digital technology, blockchain is emerging as an innovative solution that offers transparency and efficiency. However, the integration of this technology within the sharia legal framework requires special attention to ensure compliance with sharia principles. This research identifies the legal challenges, benefits, and risks associated with the use of blockchain in Islamic finance and provides policy recommendations to support appropriate implementation.
